Passionate about teaching Spanish and cultures, with more than 90 countries and a wide international experience.
Hello! I’m Agustí, born in Barcelona and raised in a small town in Segovia, Spain. I studied Hispanic Philology and specialized with a master’s degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. In addition, I am specialized in Spanish for specific purposes, in particular medical Spanish.
Currently, I live in Puerto Rico, where I continue to share my passion for language and teaching. I love to read and travel and learn new languages whenever I have the opportunity.
I have traveled to more than 90 countries, many of them Spanish-speaking, and I have lived in different parts of the American continent. Discovering other cultures, their languages and ways of seeing the world is one of my great passions. This multicultural experience has deeply enriched both my personal life and my teaching.
With more than seven years of experience, I have been fortunate to teach Spanish, both in person and online, to students of various nationalities. I have also written articles and reviews for Contrapunto, a magazine of contemporary literature from Spain and Latin America, and I have given talks on multiculturalism for Spanish teachers in collaboration with the publishing house Edinumen.

Methodology
My teaching approach is based on the most important thing: real and meaningful communication. In my classes we work on conversation from day one, without neglecting key aspects such as grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, always adapted to your needs and level.
At the end of each class, I give you personalized feedback, with clear observations about your strengths and areas for improvement. In addition, I design an individualized action plan, with flexible schedules and specific objectives, so that you can progress steadily and with confidence.
Throughout the course, I accompany you not only during the classes, but also in between them, with assignments, interactive resources and activities designed to keep you learning and practicing on a daily basis.
