Class Cancellation Policy

In our commitment to offer a professional and organized service, we have established the following conditions for the cancellation and completion of online Spanish classes. By purchasing any of our class packages, the student accepts the following policies:

1. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice:
   Any class cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be recoverable under any circumstances and will be discounted from the class package purchased.
   
   
2. Duration and expiration of class packages:
   All class packages are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase. Once this period has elapsed, any unused lessons will be considered expired and non-refundable.
   
   
3. Student delays and absences:
   Classes have a duration of 50 minutes. If the student does not show up within the first 15 minutes, the class will be automatically cancelled and deducted from the corresponding package. In case the student arrives late but within the first 15 minutes, the class will be held for the remaining time and will end at the scheduled time.
   
   
4. Changes in the schedule by the teacher:
   In exceptional situations, the teacher reserves the right to reschedule a class with at least 24 hours notice. In this case, the class will not be deducted from the student’s package.
   
   
5. Student Responsibilities:
   It is the student’s responsibility to manage his/her schedule and communicate any eventualities well in advance to avoid missing classes.
   
   
6. Refund policy:
   No refunds will be given for classes not used or cancelled outside of the established deadlines. However, exceptional cases may be evaluated at the teacher’s discretion.
